checkstatic: C sources symbol attributes checker
Scripts gives additional warnings not provided by GNU C Compiler
such as dead code declared as global in separate file,
missing static keywords etc.
It can get very valuable during stripping functionality off of
a big package for embedded resource-limited machines.
